wow. no comments yet? Well i'm worried about tonights game. I sense tension from the teams and fans.

I do have one thing to say though–the kings better play as though they LOVE the kings organization, fans, and are grateful for the millions of dollars they are being paid. EVERY SINGLE PLAYER who steps foot on the court had better show up tonight. I seriously don't think I can handle watching another player (I won't say names), exhibit lack luster efforts. wtheck??

Okay, enough said- GO KINGS! ;)

  2. zardoz on January 26th, 2010 7:51 pm

making shots and grabbing rebounds is gonna be the key to the game. If martin can't start sinkin shots pull him out of the game. our rookies have proved they're more than capable of winning games without him. just gotta have some confidense in our plays.-GO KINGS!

  3. Saechao916 on January 26th, 2010 8:01 pm

Yes i have a feeling tonight is when our losing streak ends!!! Monte is out and nobody on the warriors can guard K Mart… Spencer Softs and JT need to step up the frontcourt tonight… their guards just simply can't guard ours… Corey Spaghetti is gonna be a good matchup with Greene, Omri, or Noch. HOW BOUT THIS FOR A THOUGHT… Al Jefferson and Corey Brewer for Spencer Softs and K Mart!!! BOTH TEAMS WIN!!! oooh Rubio and Martin? Tyreke and the young high flying Brewer?… I TRIED IT ON THE ESPN TRADE MACHINE AND IT WORKS!!!

  4. cuzzaveli on January 26th, 2010 8:50 pm

you know what i like donte at small forward actually one of coaches better moves thus far. With that being said jt now has to pick up his game at power forward and maybe we can make a move. its always been on jason's shoulders to carry this team but i think we under appreciated him a whole lot because of the guy's he made shine like tyreke and the rest of the rookies. On behalf of the fans Jason Thomas we would like to say we apologize sincerely and you are the backbone of this team. Jason Thomas deserves most of the attention from the media and in fact should be the captain of the team.

  5. tony on January 26th, 2010 9:37 pm

This should be an easy win for the Kings. JT should be able to get a double double and Evans should be able to hit his stats. Everyone on the kings should grab a least a few rebounds besides JT. If the Kings trade Kevin Martin it should be for a top 5 draft pick in 2010 (Derrick Favors, Cole Aldrich and Ed Davis). These are the guys the Kings need to pick up in the draft. Go Kings

  6. GoKingsFan_CAM on January 26th, 2010 9:41 pm

I reserve comments until after the game. I really believe the Kings will respond tonight with the crowd cheering. It should be a good game.
    Go Kings!

  7. BOB on January 26th, 2010 11:32 pm

I like the trade. That would be nice. I just dont think Minny will take it.

  8. BOB on January 26th, 2010 11:35 pm

Its a rumor on ESPN.JA Adande came out with it.[polldaddy 2599331 http://answers.polldaddy.com/poll/2599331/ polldaddy]

  9. King Patrick on January 26th, 2010 11:39 pm

Yes kings fans we have this one tonight. All the injuries the warriors have this gives us the opportunity to get this win! We are at home and we know we have the BEST FANS IN THE NBA. AND THE LOUDEST!! So go kings and lets break this losing streak. And by the way khloe you are freaken sexy can we be friends? Your die hard kings fan like me so whats up?

  10. Jerry on January 27th, 2010 12:26 am

Welcome back home King's. You have just finished the longest road trip for the season and now it is time to think positive and start winning some games. You have enough talent if you play together as a team and quit turning the ball over so much. I hope Martin gets back in the groove and puts the ball in the basket like we know he can. And JT and Greene need to step up their game if the King's are going to win. My hats off to Evans, Casspi, and Brockman for their efforts and I hope they get major minutes tonight. A win by the King's would lift all of our spirits.

  11. Saechao916 on January 27th, 2010 1:11 am

i like it but we don't need another point… rodriguez barely gets any playing time…

  12. initiator on January 27th, 2010 1:18 am

Don't get too high hopes. The more hopes you have on KINGS, it hurts more…and I totally believe it is going to be a blow out game.

  13. Saechao916 on January 27th, 2010 1:20 am

    I dont see y not?

    Spencer Softs
    Kevin Love
    (Early 2010 Draft Pick)
    K Mart
    Rubio/Johnny Flynn

  14. 2002* on January 27th, 2010 2:30 am

Lol …. the kings havent made a trade that makes sense for a very long time , can you remember when the kings got a trade you were excited for ? It has been years ……………..

  15. tyreke on January 27th, 2010 2:44 am

    im on warriors ML

  16. getPGwithbounce on January 27th, 2010 4:18 am

JT needs to face up in the low block….work on the back to the basket stuff in the summer time!!

  17. tony on January 27th, 2010 4:19 am

Man Kevin Martin is passing up all his open shots. He does not have any confident in any of his shots. Come on Martin you need to step up your game take those open shots and stop passing them. Tyreke is doing well, same as the kings bench lets hope they don't choke in the fourth or lets say second half.

  18. getPGwithbounce on January 27th, 2010 4:20 am

Why do ESPN people always come up with lousy trade ideas for the Kings?
Unless there's something big like Bosh on the table, just let Kenny's contract expire.

  19. Saechao916 on January 27th, 2010 5:47 am

wheeww!!! that was a close one!!! let's go win 7 in a row haha

  20. GoKingsFan_CAM on January 27th, 2010 5:50 am

OK. Games over. I can comment now. The Kings did good!
    New Starting Line Up:
    Tyreke Evans
    Beno Undrih
    Sean May
    Spencer Hawes
    Jason Thomson

KM should be benched. I don't get it. KM needs to score more to be a starter.
Anyways. I win is a win. It was close and Golden State was without Monte Ellis.
"Craig" is correct. Is not good to go overly negative, but I believe it is good to call a team out once in awhile. Kings responded.
    Go Kings!

  21. tony on January 27th, 2010 5:54 am

Dang, the kings always choke the fourth quarter. But a win is a win. Spencer finally step up his game. Martin is stressing to much. Martin need to get to the paint like Evans. Kings bench really impressive. Good job Kings you guys just need to work on not turning the ball over so much.

  22. khloe on January 27th, 2010 5:56 am

omg omg omg! we won we won WE WON! :D

who cares that we shot only 38%… WE WON WE WON! :D end of horrible losing streak!

    GO KINGS! it's ur birthday…. ;)

i'm so relieved! ;) my babies pulled through!

  23. superman on January 27th, 2010 6:07 am

    hmmm 99-96… good game, warriors.

  24. superman on January 27th, 2010 6:09 am

    oh really? 3 points is a blow-out?

  25. Craig on January 27th, 2010 6:13 am

Boy the Kings needed that win against the Warriors. Sean May came in and played for 15 minutes an scored 7 points and pulled down 11 rebounds and he has not played since December. Kevin Martin played for 28 minutes and scored 5 points…Ouch! With Sean May's big wide body in the paint the King's seemed to play very well as a team. Spencer needs to have some more games like that, Beno and Spencer had it going tonight ! Good to get a win…Next Utah !

  26. khloe on January 27th, 2010 6:30 am

LMAO @ "With Sean May's big wide body"…. hilarious! lol

thanks for the laughs craig! ;)

  27. floojin on January 27th, 2010 6:40 am

i think we all owe spencer an apology… all the stupid fans can talk sh*t about him every night if they want, but i guarantee if you asked the players and coaches on our team that actually know what they're talking about (unlike us, me included), they would all say spencer can be a big time player in this league, this may be his 3rd year but remember, he's only 21 still

    go spence

  28. dan on January 27th, 2010 8:42 am

i think casspi need to come back to israel

he is not good inaf for the nba

  29. dug on January 27th, 2010 8:59 am

alright so we can depend on a good game from him once every 15 games woo hoo

  30. dug on January 27th, 2010 9:01 am

martin 3-23 last 3 games and grant n jerry r talkin crap bout maggette shootin bad

  31. Saechao916 on January 27th, 2010 10:03 am

He's still Spencer Softs to me… good game though. imagine if he had Brockman's toughness…

  32. Kevin H on January 27th, 2010 11:58 am

Thats true. But he`s good enough.

  33. Liat on January 27th, 2010 2:00 pm

Shut up !We don't need your stupid advices here!
Omri You're the best, keep on the hard work and everything is gonna be ok!

  34. Craig on January 27th, 2010 2:50 pm

When Sean May came in with that Big presence in the paint it provided us with a glimpse of what this team could become when we either trade for, or pick up via free agency a dominant center. Spencer came in and played aggressively against a very injury riddled Warriors team. I would love to see him put up the same numbers against Utah. Beno played great too! Tyreke just continues to impress me and appears to be a lock for ROY. Hopefully we can pick up one or two more wins before the All-Star break… Go Kings!

  35. Craig on January 27th, 2010 2:55 pm

    Hi Dan,

I don't think the Kings are going to give Casspi back to Israel. He is going to become one of the best players in the NBA given one or two more years of development…He is the Kings future and perhaps was second best pick in the NBA draft.

  36. Craig on January 27th, 2010 3:24 pm

Hinrich does not make sense for the Kings ..Getting Tyus Thomas would be good though! I do not see Chicago going for this..They are still in the hunt for a playoff spot and are more likely to trade for a Big man !!! I think if the Kings trade any of their players it would be to just dump long term contracts to obtain contracts in their final year to give them more salary space to obtain a free agent in the off season!

  37. 2002* on January 28th, 2010 1:02 am

What did Grant Napier say ? He normally tells it as it is , thats why i like him for .

  38. 2002* on January 28th, 2010 1:05 am

I like the idea of anotther trade , but the kings dont need another point .Sergio , goes on scoring burts , and he barely gets playing time …..

  39. 2002* on January 28th, 2010 1:07 am

casspi , is playing great , hes 5th in scoring of all rookies ….. . you have no clue about the game

  40. 2002* on January 28th, 2010 1:09 am

I agree, hes 5th in scoring of all rookies . and was a steal to pick up that late in the draft . he has heart , and wants to prove himself . LOL @ dan .

  41. khloe on January 28th, 2010 5:05 am

basically he said that the kevin martin-tyreke duo is "not working" right now, and that the problem seems to be kevin's mental state (i.e. confidence). In addition, kevin's body language suggested fear (i'm actually speculating a bit here). Anyway, contrary to these negative remarks, grant said kevin would probably thrive as a third man on a really good team (such as the Magic). Being the *first* option on teams may not be a good role for kev, particularly on a young developing team like the kings. So sad :(

Then the callers…omg, they said Kevin looked timid…as though he was afraid to shoot the ball, and that he ostrosized himself from the team. so very sad :( poor Kevin. Or shall I just say *awww* kevin and remove the work *poor* (afterall, he is making 11 million/yr right now).

  42. khloe on January 28th, 2010 5:13 am

p.s. I love grant napier for that same reason. I totally love guys with east coast accents who tell it like it is! lol.

Grant totally cracks me up. He's so blunt and honest! and he's so impatient with callers who jibber jab about nothing, or who talk really slowly when they call in. He totally just wants them to get to the point quickly! . lol. so funny to listen to lol ;)
